The city of San Diego was founded in 1769. Its Spanish inhabitants, the Mestizos, and the Kumeyaay made the community diverse. In 1836, Juan Maria Osuna was the first Mayor of San Diego. In this 2020 election for the first time, we have the opportunity to have a Latino County Supervisor to be elected since California became a U.S. state in 1850.
Our community is full of hardworking people who work to provide for their families. I will address the specific needs of your community. By working together, we will achieve positive changes for the good of our families. You will no longer be forgotten or ignored. The changes that come are for you and your family.
I desire to have a transparent government,
lower taxes, and accountability. I will continue to be a Good Steward of the enviroment.
I want to apply funds to revitalize streets, schools, parks, and community centers. I would like to extend the 8-hr preschool services throughout the District for working families.
I pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for all.
